You'll be just minutes from all the sights and sounds of South Padre Island, like the Beach Park At Isla Blanca, only two miles south, and public beach access just a half-mile walk from your front door. There's also plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along Padre Boulevard. You can also witness a sea turtle release at Sea Turtle Inc., just one mile from this condo.



THINGS TO KNOW

Wristband fee is required in March for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

There is an elevator in the building.

We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.'

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. This unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
