The Space:
The Pompano Beachview Home is a great 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home less than 50 yards to the beach - featuring two levels and plenty of space to accommodate up to 14 guests.
This property is nearly across the street from the public beach access which is perfect for families with children! This is a somewhat dates home - it is not all updared we want to make sure we are clear but its clean and confortable
The second story features your open concept kitchen, dining and very large living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from forks to a coffee maker and is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator.
Your living room features a flat screen SMART TV and opens up to a large patio with outdoor dining table overlooking a bright green yard and partial oceanview and beach view.
Each floor has two bedrooms
Upstairs, both bedrooms feature one Queen size bed and flat screen TV. As of May 15th, one queen bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms will be removed and an adult sized bunk bed installed brand new with 2 full sized beds.
Downstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms each with a full size beds and flat screen TV's. By May 15th, we will be removing one of the full sized bed and an adult sized bunk bed installed brand new with 2 full sized beds.
A full shared bathroom, with walk-in shower (no tubs) are on each floor as well. You'll find a secondary living room on the ground floor with a large comfortable sofa and chair surrounding an another flat screen TVs
We do offer off season discounts for 3 or more nights Sept 15 to Dec 15 - message us for details as well as active duty military discounts
Additional bedding includes one pull out couch sofa bed that is a small full bed, as well as an airbed and pump. Please bring additional bedding if you plan on using the sofa sleeper and/or airbed
The downstairs patio opens to the grass back yard that is partially fenced. We do allow a max of ONE pet ($75 fee does apply) and see house rules for more details.
Sorry, we cannot allow more than 1 pet and will not accommodate.
The property is also equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use plus wifi/internet if you need to get some work done or just need some down time and the kiddos can get on the screens.
113 E. Pompano's central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more, making it perfect for a family getaway, or a weekend retreat with friends! When you're ready to be in the sun and by the waves, the public beach access is just a minutes walk from your front door!
As the property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips, we do provide linens and towels for your stay. We do provide a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags and soaps - though they are not unlimited nor replenished
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

There are several rules that must be followed as we have had problems in the past with over occupancy and/or attempting to host parties which is never allowed.
There are TWO off street parking space included with your rental (golf carts count as a vehicle). If you need additional parking Gulf Blvd is City Owned and does afford free parking, however on weekends that can be very difficult. This property requires the primary guest to be 25 years of age or older OR you must contact us prior to booking - NOT AFTER.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to all areas of the Pompano Beachview Home. This includes the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the spacious living room with a SMART TV, and the upstairs patio offering partial ocean views. Each of the four bedrooms is accessible, as are the two shared bathrooms (one on each floor). The downstairs patio and fenced backyard, complete with a BBQ grill, are also for your enjoyment. The property also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Pompano Beachview Home is ideally situated to experience the best of South Padre Island. The public beach access is practically across the street, offering immediate access to the beach. Within a short walk, you'll find a selection of dining establishments, ranging from casual eateries to restaurants with ocean views. Explore the local shops for souvenirs or grab groceries - all conveniently located nearby. The neighborhood is known for its welcoming ambiance and easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything, while still enjoying the peace of a residential area. The central location provides easy access to all the island has to offer, making your stay both enjoyable and convenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You're already steps from the beach and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. For those arriving by car, we offer two off-street parking spaces. Additional free parking is available along Gulf Boulevard, though it can be busy on weekends. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles. Major transit hubs and airports are not directly serviced by public transport. However, the island is easily navigated by car, taxi, or rideshare services. Consider flying into Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-minute drive away. From there, you can easily reach the property by car, taxi, or ride-sharing services.
Other Things to Note:
Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth stay at Pompano Beachview Home. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Two off-street parking spaces are available; golf carts are considered vehicles. Additional free parking is available on Gulf Boulevard, but can be limited on weekends. The primary guest must be 25 years or older, or contact us prior to booking. This is a non-smoking property, and parties and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We allow ONE pet with a $75 fee; please see house rules for details. A starter pack of essential supplies is provided, but not replenished. For any questions or assistance during your stay, please contact our local property management team, South Padre Island Trips, between 9 AM and 5 PM via the channel manager messaging system.
