Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features a luxurious king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the first guest room, and two full beds in the third guest bedroom. The complex offers secure gated parking, two expansive pools, and a rejuvenating hot tub. Start your mornings with a stunning beach sunrise and create unforgettable memories. We provide all the essentials, including linens, towels, beach chairs, and a starter kit. Indulge in the perfect beach retreat! NO PETS. Complete information and a Rental Agreement are mandatory.



The owners of Beach House #1401 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.



1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass is a must you can pick it up at the manager's office in front of the main pool.



2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present ,and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.



3. Pets ~ We DO NOT accept pets on our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.



4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.



5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check-in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.



6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.



7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.



8. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.



9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.



Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.



Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.



Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.



Subletting not allowed.



Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.



Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.



The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.



Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.



Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.



"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.



Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.



Cancellations for nightly bookings directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals and VRBO will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all these cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will be subject to the cancellation policies of the online booking system chosen by the guests. BOVR policy for cancellations is full refund if they occur within 30+ days prior to the arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.



The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.
