If arrive after the Management closes, check in the next morning to receive your parking pass and wristbands. There is a $10.00 charge for the wristbands and the office accepts cash or a money order. Only one car is allowed per unit and 4 guest only per unit. If you are bringing a boat you must register the boat and trailer and your vehicle.
The office hours are Monday thru Wednesday 9 am to 5pm located at 2111 Padre Blvd Ste 4
The office hours for the onsite property manager are Thursday thru Sunday 9am to 1pm
There is a security guard on the premises 24 hours a day and you will show your ID to the security guard after hours to enter the complex.
The swimming pool closes at 10pm
