Summary:
The ocean awaits you! Come stay at our stylish condo on the third floor, with a little private balcony, Smart TVs in every room, seconds away from the pool and a short 3-minute walk to the beach! You’ll be inside Bahia Mar’s exclusive and gated beachfront resort with 24/7 security and fabulous amenities like two pools with hot tubs, a large beachfront sun deck, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, walking trails, lush gardens and more! You’ll have the time of your life here!

The Space:
This is the perfect way to rejuvenate your soul! Our bi-level condo offers a blend of comfort, style, and conveniences of home. Plus, on top of that, you’ll have access to fabulous resort amenities for the whole family in downtown South Padre Island.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous open living space with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home and a plush dining table to enjoy them. You’ll find everything you need, from shiny stainless steel appliances to extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! There’s a breakfast bar with three cushioned bar chairs for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed.

The living room area has cozy sofas and a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.

When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate 10. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs! There are two bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and on the fourth floor (the loft), you’ll find the master bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, 2 car parking spaces onsite, AND we’re a pet-friendly property!

The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Get ready to splash in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Bahia Mar has so much to offer like a wonderfully large beachfront deck where you can read a good book or just relax to the sound of the waves. There’s an outdoor grill area for delicious barbecues and if you play tennis, then pack your rackets so you can enjoy a match on one of our two courts.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
