  • Completely renovated and redesigned with a coastal white theme, this expansive 2 bed/2 bath condominium is situated within the secure Saida IV complex on the sunny South Padre Island. Offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the unique opportunity to witness Space X Rocket Launches from the 8th floor balcony, this unit also provides a prime front-row seat for the launches. The unit boasts a beautiful open floor plan, a stunning kitchen, and ample space for families to enjoy a comfortable vacation. Saida Towers offers a range of amenities within the complex, including 3 swimming pools, hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a palapa restaurant/bar, and 24-hour gated security. We provide linens, beach towels, and beach chairs for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials such as pots & pans, a spice rack, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and more. Additionally, we supply basic toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, and more. And now, we have added a washer & dryer for your convenience. Our goal is to ensure that your first night in our condo is nothing short of exceptional. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.

    Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.

    The owners of Saida IV #808 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

    IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.

    You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

    VayKLife is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

    1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

    2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

    3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

    4. Pets ~ We allow 2 small dogs up to 25 pounds each with pet cleaning fee of $105/dog. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

    5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

    6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

    7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

    8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

    9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

    10. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week.

    Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

    Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

    Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

    The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

    Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

    Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

    "Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

    Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

    Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

    Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.

    The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.

A Beautiful Place to Stay in South Padre

Sadia 4808 is a really beautiful and comfortable condo. We enjoyed our 2 months there and look forward to staying there again next year. The view out over the Gulf of America is spectacular from the master bedroom and the living room and the view across the south part of the island over to SpaceX is equally nice although they didn't have any launches while we were there this year. We did get to see two launches there last year as well as feel and hear them! The place has plenty of space to invite friends over for game nights but is still cozy enough to enjoy sitting and reading or watching TV. The patio has plenty of space and furniture to sit outside and watch the Gulf and listen to the waves hitting the shore. Overall, a glorious place to spend the winter!

Unit was recently renovated and decorated very well. Wife and daughter noticed the Magnolia accents. Pool and beach access was excellent. Pool bar availability is a bonus. Easy to access and leave from and there is plenty of things within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at Saida IV 808! Condo was super clean and updated. By far the nicest condo I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and more! Next door to the elevator which was a bonus. I looked forward to waking up to the beach view every morning and sitting on the balcony every night. Pools, hot tubs and bar were a hit! Private beach access was perfect. The Saida Towers property was so clean and well maintained. Family friendly and close to everything. This was by far our favorite vacay spot to SPI. Will definitely be staying here again!!! 10/10

Fantastic Condo!

We arrived at our condo and it was perfect! We used a service through them to rent chairs and an umbrella and it was there waiting for us upon arrival. The condo was even better in person! We had plenty of space for the 4 adults and everything we needed for the week. The condo very pretty and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of room on the deck as well. The grounds of the property are very well kept and it was fun to have the bar by the pool to take our special drinks down to the beach. Also, the beach is just right down from the condo. Super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. We were also impressed with the app they send to you right before arrival that explains everything you need for check in, your stay and the check out process. Made it all very easy.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo. We stayed from November 17th - November 20th. Everything about this condo is spectacular & amazing! It has everything you need & more. We love how clean it is & how nice it smells. It is a very good size & the views from the balcony are breathtaking. It is just a quick 3-4 min. walk to the Beach. Rod & Rosa are so welcoming & are quick to respond if you have any questions. We have definitely found our spot to stay at when we come to the beach. The condo was exactly as pictured online and bigger than expected the patio was a good size and the view was nice. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Our college age son and middle schooler shared a room and had plenty of space to spread out. The master was also very spacious and comfy. Location was convenient and close to plenty of restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the fireworks show presented on the beach! Minor con-- our last night was so loud with people at the pool past midnight (not blaming the condo) however with 24 hr security it should've been addressed by the security staff. It was the only night we experienced an inconvenience per say, but again not the fault of the condo host at all. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Saida IV was perrrrrfect!

The condominium facility was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. It offered an outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Chica Starbase, perfect for watching the Starship Test-4 launch. Dining at South Padre Island’s beachfront restaurants added to the experience. We were thrilled to witness a spectacular fireworks show from our 8th-floor balcony the evening after the Starship launch. It was a delightful surprise that made the evening even more special. The location was ideal, perhaps only second to the Stargate Control Room at Starbase Boca Chica. For boating adventures, we highly recommend Henry Charters, offering everything from space launch views to dolphin and bird tours. The combination of location, cuisine, and services made our trip from Cape Canaveral, Florida, to South Padre Island unforgettable. We look forward to returning, hopefully to the same spot, for SpaceX Starship Test-5 with "Chopsticks!"

Clean, Spacious, & Comfortable

Great property with a great location. Easy to check with the instructions via email. Walked into the condo and we were struck with how wonderful, cool, and put together it was. It was clean, not humid (thanks to the dehumidifier!) comfortable, and had the "little things" one would look for in a vacation. The view from the balcony was wonderful, I couldn't really hear the music playing from the pool from the 8th floor unless I stepped onto the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy, the code was sent via email. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee, sugar, spices, and creamer are available for use. I liked the brand new sponge and mini dishwashing liquid provided. The property was on the beach, parking was easy and secure, and there's a few stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, very impressed and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing beachfront property

The Saida property is beautiful and full of fun things to do. There are multiple pools and hot tubs. They have their own private beach (which was very clean). They have tennis courts and shuffleboard. This condo was Beautifully decorcated, very clean, and so extremely comfortable (beds and furniture both)...it was like a home away from home. We had some windy, cool weather during our stay, so it was really nice to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to relax indoors when we couldn't be outside. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! The condo was stocked well...there was not one thing that I could think of, that was not already at the condo. This condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops and we also had quick access to get on and off the island. The complex is also gated and had security at the gate which gives extra peace of mind while vacationing. If you're looking for a place to take your family and really relax, this is the place for you. And a big Thank You to Rod and Rosa, who really made our stay easy. They provided all the information we needed in advance and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues and that we were enjoying our time there. We will definitely be returning!

WOW!

This is a place where you enjoy taking your family. The heated pools, the ammenities in the condo will make you not want to leave the place. This condo is located at a part on the beach that is different, sand is beautiful, water is clear. Full kitchen, i didnt want to check out
