The Space:

PLEASE NOTE:



The complex requires an amenity wristband for each guest, granting access to the on-site facilities including a large pool, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, basketball and tennis courts, a game room, gym, soccer fields, and more. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property. The fee is paid at the office upon check-in and is not included in our quoted daily rental rates.



Wristband fee, per person, for the entire stay:



• $10.00 — standard rate (all dates not listed below)

• $20.00 — June 1 to July 24

• $35.00 — July 25 to August 7

• $35.00 — March 1 to March 31 (Spring Break)

• $20.00 — Holidays and holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas and New Year's



Children under 5 years old are free of charge.



The complex also sets a limit on wristbands per unit:

• 1 bedroom: 4 to 6

• 2 bedrooms: 6 to 8

• 3 bedrooms: 8 to 10



Parking: vehicles parked in violation of the complex's rules may be booted. The boot removal fee is $100.00, payable to the complex.



These fees are crucial for maintaining the high-quality amenities and services provided and are payable upon your arrival. They are not included in the daily rental rates and are subject to variation depending on the dates of your stay, ensuring you have full access to all our exceptional amenities for an enhanced vacation experience.
