South Padre Island offers numerous outdoor activities and places to visit, including its pristine beaches, dolphin-watching tours, fishing, exploring nature trails (the Laguna Madre Nature Trail and the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center are great options), visiting the historic Port Isabel Lighthouse, and visiting the Sea Turtle, Inc. conservation center.

One of the key attributes of this breezy home away from home is definitely the brand-new pool. Discover an idyllic oasis in your backyard with a sparkling pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can cool down to your heart's content. Sunbathe on the poolside loungers while the kiddos play in the water!

As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will find a light-filled family room with a large smart TV with cable and streaming services and a kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker), access to the backyard, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The upper floor houses the main living space with a beautifully decorated open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the coastal-themed living room and lounge after a refreshing time in the pool. Stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV, play board games, or read a favorite book. When mealtime comes, whip up a memorable homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Discover a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. On this level, you will also find two additional bedrooms with 2 rollaway beds for additional guests. The primary suite boasts an inviting seating area, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
