The master suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third is furnished with two king single beds—ensuring comfort and privacy for all. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a second bathroom and laundry.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly onto a large verandah, where you can relax and take in breathtaking views of the Coral Sea and the Family Islands. Whether you're dining outdoors, enjoying a cocktail on the loungers, or cooking up a feast on the BBQ, this spacious outdoor area is perfect for embracing the tropical climate.

Sully’s Beach House is conveniently located just a short walk from The Bowerbirds Pantry, a local favourite for coffee and delicious local produce, as well as Tuskers at the Beach, which is perfect for dine-in or takeaway meals.

Bringing a boat? The house has ample space for parking and washing down your boat. The South Mission Beach Boat Ramp is located at the southern end of the beach, while the Hull River Boat Ramp is just a short drive away. For all-weather boat access, the Clump Point Boat Ramp in North Mission Beach is only a 10-minute drive away.

With the beach right across the road, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time. Take a walk south along the beach, and you'll discover the Kennedy Walking Track—an absolute must-do for nature lovers.
