With gorgeous views of the lake, your five-bedroom with loft corner unit townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen was remodeled in 2023 and is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, not to mention there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the wraparound deck right on the beach for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property is located right on the lake with fantastic views. The unit itself was fairly clean but we did have some concerning issues both inside and outside of the unit. The outside issue left us unable to utilize the patio and table closest to the lake for nearly half our 6 day stay. We provided videos and were told it was a "naturally' occurring situation every couple of years. Yuck! Inside is in need of some refreshing. We had 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of room. Never using the third floor. We happened to be staying there at the same time as a couple high school football camps. We were told there was over 120 of them. They had poor supervision, and the HOA rules didn't seem to apply to them. This made for lack of sleep for us, overcrowded loud beach areas and unsafe jumping off the pier after dark. The location, views and size of the unit are the best features.

The best part of the unit is the location and view of the lake. The house is in need of a refresh. The furniture is old and uncomfortable and everything in the house is the bare minimum, including cleaning and bathroom supplies. The pool and hot tub was closed the weekend of my visit and I was not notified prior. The customer service team can’t do anything and will always “reach out to the local team” who never gets back to you.

Being able to walk out onto the deck with your next steps being the sand before you hit beautiful Lake Tahoe is great, and this house offers that experience up on a platter. Lots of space in the house, with five bedrooms, this makes a great destination for large families, or a family with kids who want to bring friends.The furnishings are nice and I liked the supply of silverware and dishes. The pots and pans aren’t in the greatest of shape, but I’ve certainly seen worse and the selection was substantial. I had all the cookware I needed. The house was clean, including the sinks, toilets and showers, which is nice. It’s a large house, it is Tahoe, so there were spiderwebs
for what the cleaning costs, they probably should not be there though.All in all, this is a great place and would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you!Five Stars

Loved the 4B/4B, the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was so scenic being right on the lake.There were a few disappointments...Was shocked to learn that even though the listing states 12 people there were only towels for 8. The management did bring more towels and 1 extra blanket. There were no extra blankets in the condo. Some rooms were cold and some were hot. One of the showers was non-functional because of a broken handle and the fireplace was broken. I think they did come and fix the fireplace but the instructions were so complicated that we did not even try.Also they informed me the day before we arrived that they only allow 2 cars per unit...with 12 people we had 4 cars. The management issued 2 parking passes and stated that cars without passes would be towed. There was plenty of empty spaces but they would not give us any more than 2 parking passes. You can park the extra cars at Safeway and not worry about being towed. DO NOT park at Whole Foods...they will tow your car.Even with the last minute surprises I would rent this beautiful condo again.

Unfortunately this house had many issues. We were never notified about the construction and paving that closed the parking lots and the difficulty of getting to the property especially my handicapped 90 year old mother. We had the water turned off on 2 different days along with numerous issues inside the home. I was very disappointed with this stay

First off we would love to come back to this property as we loved the location and the lake just a few steps away from the back patio! Great space with plenty of bedrooms. A few cob webs here and there but I wud imagine it’s stuff keeping the spiders in check so close to the lake. The place just needs a few things in order to be perfect such as placing looks in the master bedroom door and bathroom, fixing the latch lock on the front door, and fixing two of the 4 shower heads that do not work properly. I’m sure these are small things that will be fixed in time as this seems to be a newly rented property. Great location and just really nice views! We will try our best to book again in the summer.
