The Space:

Leave the car in the driveway. You can walk to the lake and to dinner from here, and Heavenly's ski runs are right there on the mountain above town. When you get back, the hot tub is out back and the game loft is upstairs.



LOCATION, LOCATION

We're in South Lake Tahoe's Tourist Core, on a small street just off the main road, with shops and restaurants all around us. The lake and its beaches are a walk away, and so are the grocery stores. Whole Foods, Safeway, Sugar Pine Bakery and Ski Run Marina are all close. It's a short drive to Heavenly Village, Stateline and the slopes.



THE CABIN LIVING ROOM

The living room is the cabin part of the house. After a day on the mountain or the lake, everyone lands on the big sectional and someone picks the movie. In the kitchen there's a gas range for the nights you'd rather cook in, and the bay-window table seats six.



THE GAME LOFT

Upstairs is the game loft, with foosball, an arcade cabinet and a dartboard, plus board games for quieter nights. Expect the kids to disappear up there, and probably a few adults after dinner.



THE BACKYARD

Out back, the yard is fenced, with a private hot tub, a BBQ grill and a patio table for eating outside in summer. There's cornhole for the lawn and a porch swing out front. In winter, end the day in the hot tub.

ROOM FOR TEN

Two king bedrooms and a full-over-full bunk room are on the main floor. Upstairs, past the game loft, there's a second bunk nook (twin over full) and a TV nook with a futon, so the kids can take over the second floor. A full-size trundle also pulls out in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, and both have a shower.



THE PRACTICAL STUFF

Washer and dryer, WiFi, a smart TV on each floor, a coffee maker and a toaster. Check-in is self-serve, and the driveway has room for four cars.



GOOD TO KNOW

• The primary renter must be 25 or older, and the house sleeps a maximum of 10.

• City rules: quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and no hot tub use between 10 PM and 8 AM.

• Park only in the four paved driveway spaces.

• Our team does a quick check-in with you, in person or by video, where the primary renter signs the City's Good Neighbor contract.

• Cooling comes from window and portable A/C units.

• Exterior security camera(s) cover outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside. An indoor noise monitor measures decibel levels only and records no audio.

• No parties or events, and no smoking.

Guest Access:

The entire house and yard are yours for the stay, including the hot tub and the upstairs game loft. Check-in is self-serve, and you'll have four parking spaces in the driveway. Our team will also do a quick City-required check-in with you, in person or by video.

✔️ Noise monitor: an indoor noise monitor measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio.

✔️ Hot tub: per City of South Lake Tahoe rules, the hot tub may not be used between 10 PM and 8 AM.
