It makes a comfortable home base about 2.0 mi from Heavenly Village and about 2.5 mi from the Stateline casino district, close enough to the action and quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day.

✦ The home is equipped with a first aid kit.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 4 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests.
✦ No parties or gatherings; celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ Responsible guest: the primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
