The popular High Meadow Trailhead is just a half-mile away, with several other trailheads also nearby, offering access to hiking and mountain bicycling at all levels. Popular restaurants can be found within a 10-minute drive at both the "Y" (where HWY 50 and Emerald Bay Rd. meet) and at Stateline, where you can also try your luck at the casinos. Stateline is also home to many year-round attractions, family activities, and shopping. The Heavenly Gondola operates year-round for skiing and summer mountain activities like zip lining and an on-mountain roller coaster. Several popular beaches are all within a 15-minute drive, including Pope Beach, El Dorado Beach (with a great summer music series), and Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.
