Spectacular brand new home, ready for the summer!. This fantastic new home is a large four-bedroom ideally located close to the national forest land and has lovely views of Echo Peak and nightly sunsets. Children up to 5 years of age don't count as occupancy limit! The home features a rustic Tahoe feel with nice modern touches. Acacia hardwood floors and steel gray leather granite in the kitchen. Upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. Etched metal chandeliers and pendants. Natural Knotty Alder cabinets, doors, base, and case throughout. Etched mountain mirrors in the bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master King bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the bottom floor, and a lovely pullout couch.
Please beware that before booking your stay, our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.
VHR 073577 TAX TOT # 067613. This house has a max of 4 cars, no parking on the street, 8 guests max, and kids under 5 are not included on the headcount. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

We had a wonderful time in this magical cabin. It had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. Check in was seamless and we were even able to check in a little earlier than expected. When we arrived the house was ready and very clean. It was the perfect place to gather as a family and watch the snow fall. Our two dogs were also able to join us which we loved. We will definitely be back.

Great house

You can tell this house is newly built or newly remodeled. It's a very nice, large house. It was clean, well furnished, kitchen was well stocked, wifi worked great. Location is very convenient to Sierra at Tahoe and South Lake Tahoe and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It fit our needs great and overall was a very enjoyable stay. We had some minor issues- every bowl (there were at least 12) in the cabinet was dirty (like stuck on food remnants) which was odd and inconvenient as we had to run them through the dishwasher before we could use them. The cleaning service left towels drying in the dryer. These things were just annoying considering the high cleaning fee. The communication from the property management was often conflicting. We received 2 different codes for the door (only 1 worked), conflicting instructions on trash removal (we opted to put all the trash in the bear box when we left), and were told to enter a different code in the door when we left which just unlocked the door. Overall a really great house with some minor issues.

Lovely property

Our group included 6 adults and 3 children (6, 7 & 10) plus 1 medium sized dog. This was our first time ever using VRBO and it was a positive experience! The house size was perfect for us, it was very spacious and the home is fairly new. The 2 younger kids did have trouble in the bathrooms being too small to reach the sinks. Loved having the board games available, we played all 3 nights. The home was very clean on arrival - however, the dishes were dirty/were put away in the cupboards still dirty, and the utensils were dusty as well.

The facility was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and functional. there a few items that need addressing 1. the bar stools are very uncomfortable. 2. the downstairs bath exaust fan did not work 3. the bar b que was out of propane, we had to get an exchange and left 90% of it at the facility. (your welcome!) 4. the sofa makes it very hard to access the front deck/ outdoor breakfast area. we had to actually move the sofa to be able get to the sliding door. 5. The kitchen knives were all very dull, and the shapening rod was missing from the knife holding block on the counter. 6. there were only cushions on 2 of the five patio chairs. 7. we could not find a dust pan anywhere in the house. 8. we were somewhat disappointed to not be able to purchase an early check in, 9. we had a double charge on my credit card for the addition of a second dog. these are all minor issues that should have been addressed, considering the rental rate we paid. overall the stay was very nice.

Amazing Property!

My belief is that if I am going to stay anywhere other than the comforts of my own it has to be equal to or better to those comforts. This was the place. I appreciated the process from check in to check out. I received communication emails from the time I booked until the time I checked out. As far as the home itself, they thought of every convenience possible that you may have at home and then some. There were beach chairs, towels, games, portable A/C, ceiling fans in every bedroom plus all of the necessary bathroom amenities. The 2 patios had ample seating plus a fire pit out back. The tablet on the wall as you walk in the door was very helpful to find local restaurants, details on your stay, WiFi code, etc. My only suggestion would be to label the light switches for the kitchen as one of them controls the fan in the living room. Also, we couldn’t seem to get the bathroom fans to work or they were really quiet. Unfortunately it was a short stay for us but will definitely return!

Wow! Luxe Vaca was amazing The home was brand new and just beautiful. Spotless. Every amenity you could imagine, luxury bedding, soft beds, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen. Loved the place, better than the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances. Tons of goodies in the kitchen, loved the firm mattresses and the wide open arrangements. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Some minor things (very minor, nothing to knock off stars over): would have been nice to have an iron/ironing board and a Swiffer mop. The TV picks up app-based shows but didn't get regular TV/cable stations. (My gf likes to watch TV when she falls asleep. Most people on vacation won't care.)
