LIVING AREA
With vaulted pine ceilings and a dramatic stone fireplace, the upstairs living area is prime for relaxation. Sink into leather sofas and watch shows on the 65-inch TV. The lower-level living room is perfect for entertaining with two leather sofas, a 50in TV, Xbox, foosball table, and assorted games.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block center island with seating for four. Set the six-person dining table for a family-style meal.
BED & BATH
The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, armchair, and 50in TV. The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on each level. A guest bathroom on each level includes a tub/shower combination. A fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and toys for young children.
OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the spacious fenced yard. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony, complete with a four-person table.
THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
