This ground floor unit (a few stairs to access the front door from the parking lot) condo has been requested over and over again by past guests and is always in demand and and has everything the Lake Tahoe traveler will need for their daily outdoor excursions whether it be skiing, riding, mountain biking, fly fishing , hiking or just re-charging the batteries and upon returning from your adventures this perfect Bavarian retreat will work absolute wonders for your Lake Tahoe vacation.

Note for all reservations:

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.



When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.



Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)
