Outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach! Towels, beach chairs and a cooler provided.

Michaela is available by her cellphone throughout duration of stay.
- No parties or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum after 9pm.

-No guests permitted on the property at anytime unless they are a registered guest. There are no exceptions to this rule.

-If there is any evidence of a party or a large gathering Guests can be asked to leave with no refund given.

- All types of smoking are prohibited inside the home. We charge an additional$500 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.
