« The house is just incredible, lots of commodities. We were 2 couples with kids and we had a blast. Grand Bend Beach is near by so the groceries, restaurants and little boutiques. The Brown family have a well organized book with all the things to know and do during your stay. We just love it and will come back for sure 😁 »

« The house was fine. My disappointment was in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner forks, 4 knives, no water glasses, and only 1 pot. The picture showed a backyard deck with patio furniture but no chairs or table, etc outside. The dining room included 3 broken chairs in the corner. No face clothes in the washrooms but thankfully they did provide towels. I complained to the host and he asked how many people I had. I believe it would be bare minimum to expect dishes for 8 people. « While our host was responsive and friendly, we need to raise an important issue. The street the house is on is completely torn up and being replaced, including the underlayment, sewers, and utilities. This was a complete shock and surprise to us and not included in the listing. After viewing municipal documentation, the project was approved in January of 2025 and began that Spring. Phase I was complete in December of 2025. We booked our reservation in late December.
