The space

Four themed bedrooms, each inspired by a piece of South Haven:



Bedroom 1 (Main floor):

~ The Master Dune Suite (King) — inspired by the rolling sand dunes just minutes away



Bedroom 2 (Main floor):

~ The Lighthouse Room (Queen) — themed after South Haven’s iconic lighthouse at sunset



Bedroom 3 (Lower Level):

~ The Lake Room (Queen + twin pullout) — a water-inspired retreat that brings the lake inside



Bedroom 4 (Lower Level):

~ The Bunk Room (2 Fulls + twin trundle) — the kids’ favorite, themed around South Haven’s wooded trails and wildlife



~ Three full bathrooms

~ Open-concept living and kitchen — light-filled, great for gathering and cooking together, with a coffee table that doubles as a built-in game table for those evenings when you’re not ready to call it a night

~ Game room with poker table, arcade games, and PS5

~ Home gym — work hard so you can play hard. Equipped with a Peloton, weights, yoga equipment, red-light sauna, Higher Dose LED mats, and a sauna blanket

INDOOR LIVING: Luxury furnishings w/ beach décor, gourmet kitchen, basement game room with PS5, foosball, arcade games, Smart TV, gym with free weights, peloton, and sauna

OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 porches, hot tub (private to home), portable gas firepit

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, and blender.

GENERAL: Linens/towels (give or take 8 beach towels), free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C. There are beach chairs and a beach wagon

PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home and a Ring camera at the exterior of the front door



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
