The "Darling Duplex" in South Haven, Michigan accommodates up to twelve (12) guests maximum in two separate apartments under one roof. Please note that at no time shall the total capacity in the house or on the property exceed twelve (12) guests over two years of age. The entire duplex, meaning both north and south apartments, are rented to single families at one time.

Each of the two, side by side apartments has two floors, a fully stocked kitchen and living room.

The north apartment is two stories and can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The north apartment has one full bathroom on the second floor and one half bathroom on the first floor.

The south apartment can accommodate up to eight guests in beds. The south apartment has one bedroom located on the first floor with a queen bed. The second bedroom in the south apartment is located on the second floor and has two queen beds. There is also a sitting room on the second floor of the south apartment that has a twin bed and a roll out twin trundle bed.

There is a spacious back yard with a large table that can seat eight guests. There is also a covered deck in the back yard for outdoor relaxation. There are two tandem parking spaces accommodating up to four cars total on the private driveway.

Please note that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask our guests to please keep voice and music levels to a minimum at all times. We do not allow any parties, reunions or gatherings at any time. Please keep this in mind when considering this property for you vacation rental.
