Welcome to Sun Haven! This cheerful canary-yellow cottage tucked in one of South Haven’s most walkable, family-friendly neighborhoods. With a sunny exterior and warm, inviting interior, Sun Haven at 225 Van Buren Street offers the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern upgrades that is designed for easy living, restful nights, and memory-making days!

The layout is perfect for small families or groups of friends, with a spacious living room and sitting area, a bright dining space ideal for shared meals or game nights, and a fully equipped kitchen updated with new counters and modern utilities. Two main-floor bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk, sit near a full bathroom, while the upper level provides a more private retreat with a queen bedroom, full bath, and just the right amount of separation for a quiet night’s rest.



Start your day on the front porch, rocking gently with your morning coffee as the neighborhood slowly stirs. Wave to dog walkers and cyclists headed for the Kal-Haven Trail just minutes away. Early risers can stroll the pier at sunrise, while families can spend the day basking in the sand, swimming in Lake Michigan, or renting paddleboards near the shore. A few blocks further leads to Kids Corner Park, a local gem with an expansive playground and gorgeous bluff-top lake views that are perfect for picnic lunches or letting little ones run free.
