Downstairs, the fun continues with a second living area and game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, and beverage refrigerator. Outside, relax on the lake-facing patio, gather around the large brick fire pit, or grill dinner while taking in a Lake Michigan sunset. Best of all, you can leave the car behind. House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and garage. Home has a decibel monitoring sensor inside and outside of the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
