Murphy's Landing : maison de luxe avec accès au lac Michigan, véranda et foyer extérieur

Murphy's Landing

Tucked into the peaceful Glenn Shores community, Murphy's Landing is a refined lakeshore retreat surrounded by towering trees, leafy views, and the calming presence of nature. This home offers a rare blend of privacy, space, and thoughtful design—perfect for reconnecting, unwinding, and settling into a slower pace.

From the moment you enter, the two-story great room sets the tone with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and beautiful natural light filtering in from every angle. Polished wood floors lead you through open, inviting living spaces designed for gathering. The cozy living room is anchored by a seasonal fireplace, making it an ideal spot for movie nights, conversation, or quiet mornings with coffee. Nearby, the open dining area and well-appointed kitchen feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space—ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings at home.

The main-level primary suite offers a peaceful retreat of its own, featuring a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom, and separate sitting room that opens to a private screened porch—perfect for reading, resting, or listening to the sounds of the woods. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations alongside a full bathroom and a lofted sleeping area overlooking the great room below, creating a sense of connection while still allowing space to unwind.

The lower level adds an additional layer of living space. Here you'll find a comfortable second living area with a wet bar—an ideal spot for evening gatherings, games, or winding down after a day at the lake. Two additional sleeping rooms on this level include one with a queen bed and another bunk room, offering flexible arrangements for a variety of group needs. The walkout design leads directly to the yard by the fire pit, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living and making this level feel bright, open, and inviting rather than tucked away.

Outdoor living is truly one of Murphy's Landing's greatest highlights. A spacious back deck overlooks a wooded backdrop where deer, birds, and other wildlife are frequent visitors. Multiple screened porches extend the living space outdoors, offering peaceful places to enjoy cooler evenings, morning coffee, or long, uninterrupted conversations. The setting feels quiet, secluded, and deeply connected to nature.

A scenic half-mile walk leads to Lake Michigan access—perfect for sunrise swims, sunset strolls, launching a kayak or paddleboard, or beachcombing along the shore. When you're ready for a classic beach day, South Haven's North and South Beaches or the iconic Oval and Douglas Beaches are just a short drive away.

With layered living spaces, exceptional outdoor areas, and a serene lakeside setting, Murphy's Landing is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation—an unforgettable retreat that invites you to unplug, unwind, and start planning your return before you've even left.
