Nearby, the gourmet kitchen is a focal point for gathering, featuring stainless steel appliances and a massive farmhouse table designed for long, slow morning breakfasts.

For the caffeine enthusiast, our specialized beverage station is fully equipped to start your day right, whether you prefer a bold roast or a soothing herbal tea.

Sauna & Hot Tub: To ensure the highest water quality and safety, please shower before using the hot tub or sauna. We kindly ask that no glass, food, or oils be used in these areas. Please keep the hot tub cover latched when not in use to maintain temperature and safety.



Sauna Safety: Use of the sauna is at your own risk. We recommend limiting sessions to 15–20 minutes and staying hydrated.



Technology & Security



Smart Entry: Your unique code will be active from check-in until check-out.



Smart Home Monitoring: For your peace of mind and the privacy of our neighbors, we use a Minut smart home sensor. This device monitors noise levels and occupancy without recording any audio or video.



Exterior Cameras: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras monitoring the entryways. There are no cameras inside the home.



Local South Haven Guidelines



Quiet Hours: To be "Good Neighbors," we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Garbage Pickup: Garbage day is Monday morning. If your stay overlaps, please ensure the bins are rolled to the curb on Sunday evening (detailed instructions are in the House Manual).



Parking: There is ample off-street parking on our acre of land. Please avoid parking on the grass to protect the landscaping.



Family Essentials



We are happy to provide a Pack ‘n Play for our youngest guests.



We provide all necessary linens, bath towels, and beach chairs for your convenience.
