This one-bedroom loft, featuring 2 sleeper sofas for guests, stands out as one of the finest places to stay in South Haven. The developer has masterfully repurposed the historic 1913 High School, creating a blend of Urban Post-Modern Design with the colors of the Southwest Michigan Cottage palette – think Chicago Urban meets South Haven Beaches. The loft exudes energy and promises an unforgettable stay.

Situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by just one flight of stairs (due to the building's vintage nature, this is not handicapped accessible), the loft welcomes you with exposed brick and a lively atmosphere. There is an elevator to the condo itself, but not one to the pool/hot tub/theatre area. The bedroom exudes warmth and style, with cozy furniture and inviting bedding on a king-sized bed and twin trundle bed in master. The king bed is fairly high off the ground and may not be suitable for older guests. Your guests will find comfort in the choice between 2 pull-out sofas, designed for a restful night's sleep.

You can enjoy your favorite music on the smart TV, create a delicious dinner in the modern kitchen using local Farmer’s Market finds, and then have a private movie night in one of the two on-site movie theaters in the Central Loft Complex.

The premises offer large patios for grilling (grills available in summer months only). There's also an indoor heated pool and hot tub for relaxation and a spacious workout facility to keep you active. A short walk takes you to everything South Haven has to offer, including restaurants, shopping, the yacht club, and, most importantly, the beach. Don't miss local favorites like Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen and Cafe Julia’s, just around the corner and a short walk to Clementine’s.
