« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop ! 1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!! 2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h 3eme problème : la propreté......

« Twin Oaks Inn was fantastically perfect in every way. We went for our anniversary…our 1st time in Saugatuck. We were greeted by Molly and she was wonderful. Made us feel completely at home. Our room was perfect, and absolutely spotless. She had everything we could have needed in case we forgot something. « Beautiful room, clean and lots of amenities, easy check in and out, perfect location! The only downside is we could hear the activity and conversation in the neighboring rooms and the live band in the bar next door. It was good music though. But the bar music is to be expected when you are in the heart of all the activity. Overall, great stay! »

« Everything was just as the listing stated, and then some. Location was perfect, parking included & we walked to all of the nearby shop’s & restaurants on the Main Street. We were impressed with all the little conveniences that we needed (Keurig coffee, tea, bottled waters, breakfast muffins/snacks) were there when we arrived PLUS they were restocked each day of our stay! We would def stay here again. »

« We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay....

« We had an amazing couple days away in saugatuck! A friend’s wedding at the Ivy House brought us here and we are so glad! The description of this home does not do it justice! This home is beautiful and is everything you need and more to have a wonderful time away from home. The location is perfect. A quick 5 min walk and you are downtown enjoying restaurants, shopping and sipping on drinks by the water catching up with good friends!! Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again in...
