« Kitchen well equipped and easy to prepare food. Washer dryer is useful although not mentioned on the website. Freezer was without shelves for some reason.. mentioned to staff. Some damp in the back bedroom… cold spell, heating and no wall insulation likely to be cause.Heating not working when arrived… called reception and it was resolved in a few minutes with a maintenance/site attendant sent to help immediately. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Great accommodation all round. »

Matt contacted me to discuss our requirements, it was my wife’s birthday and Emma went the extra mile to put ballon’s and banners up also a birthday card , cake and a bottle of wine was also left for her.We are truly appreciative of all that was done and look forward to returning in the future. « The lodge was amazing 3 beautiful bedrooms one being on suite. Bed was really comfortable facilities in the lodge ate fantastic washing machine & dishwasher ironing facilities you don't usually get these on other holiday fir us having a 4 month old baby the washing machine came in handy »

« Great break with family for a Christmas getaway...Cheddar Woods is in a great location and high on the hill, like we were, the views were great - when it wasn't misty.Food was lovely in the restaurant although there was limited seating for large parties who weren't dining.Staff we encountered were all friendly. »
