Like most homes in South Fork, Sequoia Cabin does not have air conditioning. The mountain climate, low humidity, and cool evenings naturally keep the cabin comfortable throughout the summer.

Wildlife
Deer, elk, foxes, wild turkeys, and other native wildlife are common throughout the area. Please admire them from a safe distance and help preserve their natural habitat.

Winter Travel
Mountain weather can change quickly, and snowfall is common throughout the season. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months.

Firewood
A starter supply of firewood is provided for your stay. Additional firewood can be purchased locally at Rainbow Grocery, just a short drive away.
