Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Best Rental Yet

The cabin had so many amenities we lacked for nothing. The sound and beauty of the river was amazing. We saw deer and a bear mosey by. Located between Pagosa Springs, Creede, and South Fork. Easy travel to all. We enjoyed the hot springs, the mining museum and drove an OHV to the Continental Divide. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

Beautiful location and cabin. There’s only 2 things that I found somewhat inconvenient. The shower pressure is terrible. I actually have an idea that might help if you’re interested, and there is an upstairs. Not really a complaint just keep in mind if you’re going with injured or older people. It was beautiful, and a perfect location though! Will definitely book again!

Gorgeous large house!

Large 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2-story house with garage. Easy to get to from Alamosa. Well stocked. Lots of wood trim and rustic styling.Can be a bit of a challenge to find in the dark or in a snowstorm -- GPS isn't exact and be sure to download maps off line since you won't always have GPS signal.

Winter Family Retreat

The cabin was perfect for our family of 6 adults for our annual winter retreat to Wolf Creek! The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Overall property was clean and well maintained. It was a great stay and we hope to stay here again some day.

Riverfront Getaway

This cabin exceeded all expectations! I stayed here with my family for three nights, and it had everything we needed and more. Check-in was easy, and the neighbors were welcoming. The setting was breathtaking, with the river right at our back door. We left the windows cracked open every night to enjoy the cool breeze and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the water. On our first night, we were lucky enough to witness the aurora borealis, capturing stunning photos of the lights and the night sky. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to disconnect from the everyday hustle and recharge in nature.

Great cabin and great location!

Very clean cabin! Great space for the four of us. It had everything we needed and then some. Really enjoyed the Cornhole boards in the beautiful backyard! The neighborhood was very quiet, it had a stunning view, and the river in the back was so peaceful. Oexperience!

Beautiful Property But Not Private

One of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. Beautiful and well-kept. The kitchen has a great gas stove and all you need. The master suite and laundry are on the 1st floor. The sunken living room has two fairly large steps. My mother, who requires a walker, was able to manage ok with assistance. The propane grill worked well. The home has a very large and awesome backyard that backs up to the river, which is good for fly fishing and offers a beautiful view. Downside: The home is among a cluster of other homes/rentals. While the listing says the backyard is fenced for added privacy and security, there were strangers who went around the fence and into our backyard almost daily for the entire week. Not only were they overfishing our stretch of river, but they also sat and walked around in our backyard, including while we were on the patio. This was weird and frustrating. When I texted guest services and asked whether we could ask them to leave, they said: “I made some checks for you but am not seeing anything that is backyard are private property.” This repeated intrusion really distracted from being able to enjoy the property we paid for. So, something to be aware of. Suggestions: The property needs better signage notifying trespassers the backyard is private. The king beds need new mattresses (did not use the queen). A chair would have been nice in the master. And the backyard would be even better with a fire pit/feature. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in South Fork.

Wonderful spot on the river

Very nice property. Great view. Well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms & kitchen outfitted with everything you’ll need. Used the grill every night we were there. Enjoyed the cable and internet in the evenings, sitting by the gas fireplace. Really an excellent place to stay for the five of us. We’ll be back.

Beautiful house right on the river

The house is right on the river, as advertised. It is very close to the roads and trails that lead into the wonderful San Juan mountains. It is about 45 minutes to Pagosa Springs and 10 minutes to South Fork. The house is very nicely furnished and very clean.
