« For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. There was several communications sent regarding privacy and not interacting with other guests on property which I can appreciate but felt excessive. My two biggest complaints and likely why I would not rebook was first the cleanliness of the...

« Clean, neat, nicely decorated, efficient and pleasant. We enjoyed it very much. One suggestion: in the description of the apartment, add a photo that shows that there are two steps to climb up to get into the very comfortable beds.Could be a challenge for people with limited mobility.I’m 83 years old and managed Ok. »

« Place was perfect for our 2 day stay. In town for family event. Was well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom. Outside area was relaxing. Quaint little place. Host communicated well and everything was as expected. Thank you »

« Beautiful accommodations with an excellent location to so much. »

« If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid. »

« the room was very clean and very quiet, would stay again. »

« Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place...

« This is a good option if you're looking for somewhere spotlessly clean and convenient to lay your head at night while you hit the beach during the day. The beach is steps away and lovely. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is above a lovely store, with its entrance off a deck in the back. Everything was very clean, and the exposed old beams gave the historic house so much charm. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk everywhere—breakfast right across the street, a liquor store next door, and groceries and bars just down the road. For anyone planning a stay, towels and linens are included, along with beach towels and chairs, even though those amenities aren’t...

« The location is perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The unit has a great view, very clean and new. The owners/managers were very prompt and communicative. I was VERY hesitant to book a place without reviews- but this was an excellent choice. The beach is clean and private, people are friendly. I will happily stay again! »

« Room was clean, beach view from kitchen and bedroom windows. Super close to many cute cafés and restaurants. Highly recommend Hangry Goose. Awesome food and allergy friendly. »

« Great space, large dining area, fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, great mattresses, ocean view from deck and one block from the ocean »

« The condo was spacious, well appointed, appropriately equipped and very clean. The poppy bed in the living room takes some effort to figure out how to use it. The unit is relatively close to the attractions in Mystic, but a vehicle is useful. »

« We had a great stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Shout out to the host for being so on top of everything. »
