« The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

« This was a very clean house. The host was great with communication. He checked in on us a few times to make sure things were going well and we didn't need anything. The property is close to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable. The living room was a little small for our group but we were able to use the kitchen chairs and sit in the doorway. Also the driveway is behind the property and it's a little bit of a tight turn. It didn't really affect us but I think a large vehicle...

« Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found multiple broken items around the house, and the couch had an unpleasant body-odor smell. The dishwasher also wasn’t functioning correctly, and I had to repair it myself, then rewash the dishes because they weren’t clean.Safety was also a concern: the stairs were missing a hand rail, and the top step is very narrow and steep, which felt dangerous. I hope the owner addresses these items for future...
