« The room is clean with new appliances and nice towels. It is right on High St, across from campus, and I booked it because it is within walking distance of my daughter's college rental house. I loved waking up and walking to any number of coffee shops and breakfast spots. Walking home from the bars and restaurants is a plus too. Saved me from needing a rental car. This was exactly what I wanted and the price was great. The owner is very communicative as well. I would definitely book it...

« Amenities were sparse, no garbage can for kitchen, 1roll of toilet paper(5days), batteries missing for tv remote, used silverware, wrappers and dust under furniture. Loud parties/music Saturday and Sunday. Found a dead cockroach in a pan in cupboard, and to top all off... The metal door that encloses the furnace fell straight on my sister's head. Extremely disappointed! You live and learn. »
