Off the Hook on Perch Lake in South Boardman offers a perfect blend of fishing, swimming, and relaxation. The serene location is made for unwinding and enjoying nature's beauty. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, and custom bunk beds suitable for kids, teens, and smaller adults. The bunk beds are 70 inches long, slightly shorter than the usual 75 inches. The property includes amenities such as air conditioning, internet, sheets, and towels, but does not have a dishwasher. This home has a 3-level spiral staircase.

A Well-behaved dog is welcome with an additional nonrefundable cleaning fee. However, humans are expected to clean up after pets at all times.

Outside, guests can enjoy a grill, a boat launch next to the house for fishing (no gas motors, electric only), a fire pit, and a year-round hot tub. Water enthusiasts will appreciate the kayaks, peddle boat, swim platform, and dock. The lake features a soft sand bottom. Additionally, the property boasts a game room with a pool table, a ping pong top for the pool table, and an electric dartboard.
