CATERING/DAILY HOUSEKEEPING - We can provide daily housekeeping service and a catering or provisioning service at your request. We replenish your Mini bar and sports water bottles daily.
Kitchenette is fully outfitted and we can provide a seasoning/spice options for your added enjoyment. Just ask and we probably have it for you. Kitchen includes a Keurig K cup machine with Dunkin Donuts & Starbucks coffee. We also have provided tea service with both caffeinated and non-caffeinated selections. 
BREAKFAST  We have provided fresh Golden Malted waffles and pancake mix with the waffle iron for breakfasts when included. Kitchen has complete knife sets and silverware settings for 12 (you won't need to wash dishes every night or we can provide daily service at your request to be included with many plates and bowls as well as disposables if you don't want to do the dishes on vacation. Add daily chef and/or maid service and we will do all the cooking and daily cleaning. Microwave and air fryer included with full size refrigerator. We can provide outdoor seating for up to 8 registered Guests (See pictures) 
Refrigerator has a stocked mini bar which is replenished daily. We take a daily deposit just like any hotel for the mini bar, wine & snacks you consume. (See pictures) 
LAUNDRY - Laundry with washer and dryer are included with Tide/OxyClean/Downy fabric softener & Bounce anti-cling sheets.
GRILLS GALORE - We have four grill options available depending on your preference with all the tools(see pictures). We have a new Weber Genesis II gas grill with side burner. We have a new Traeger Timberline Series Smoker with three different wood smoke flavors and we have a large flat top griddle for burgers and dogs for a group event. If you have always wanted to try out the "Egg" we have one of those available to top off your smoker experience while you stay.
Ten person Designer Jacuzzi spa experience may be available as an option upon rental registration.
GROUP EVENTS are welcome only for Guests that have stayed with us a minimum of 7 nights either cumulative or at one stay and all events require separate contracts at an added cost. NO GROUP EVENTS allowed at any time without previous permission and contract. Violations will result in immediate termination with total loss of deposit and immediate eviction. No drugs, pets of any size or type, smoking or any illegal activities allowed at any time. There are no cameras on the inside but outside has front and side cameras for your safety.
CAR PARKING/RENTAL Need a car rental or chauffeur while you are here ? We can have an H2 Hummer SUV,  2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV or a 2023 Corvette Convertible Roadster in the driveway when you arrive or we can provide transportation from the airport from Chicago(ORD/MID) or South Bend(SBN). All car rentals are handled on separate platforms. Plenty of free parking.
ENTRY CODES/INTERNET - After you book you will receive entertainment and provisioning options with information for best local activities, restaurants and things to do. Discounts are provided for stays over three nights, seven nights and one month. Entry codes, internet name/password are provided within 24 hours of your stay. 
Special Note: This unit is the lower walkout level of the owner's home. Main home and walkout are separated and you will have access to strictly the walkout lower level suite which has it's own entry door. The suite is accessed through the outside rear deck area with it's own separate stairway to and from the unit. Free Parking for up to two vehicles. The owner travels frequently and lives in Chicago but occasionally may be in the main home when you are there. You will never see the owner/property mgr. or housekeeper unless you need something or for daily maintenance of the mini bar refills which can occur at a specified time per your request.   
Group events require separate booking contracts and fees based on what you would like to do and include with specifications for available options depending on number of guests. May be contracted for receptions, weddings and space available to cater & host up to 300 people incorporating event tents & rental furniture.
