« Before arriving, we had a bad day. Our flights were delayed, had to wait in line for rental car, etc. When we arrived at the hotel, here comes this cheerful girl, Terry. She greeted us with a huge smile and explained the parking. Got us help with the bags, and explained everything about the hotel. Terry promised us we would have a wonderful stay. Petit irritant: la clé de la chambre était sans cesse démagnétisée ( des qu'on sortait de la chambre). »
