« The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! »

« You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment...

« There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area. »

« Being on the beach was the best! This was also the only place that allowed events, which is why I chose this property. We wanted to celebrate my son’s graduation on the beach with friends and family, and I wanted to keep the food indoors. We just had to notify our host and get prior approval. Eric, our host, was quick to reply to messages. We were happy with our stay! »

« Amazing stay and the most lovely and accommodating host!! The location could not be more perfect and the views are insane! We loved having our coffee on the patio in the morning and also watching the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Our three kids (7, 5 and 3) had the best time playing the games in the condo. The primary bed was so comfortable and we loved having a bathtub to bathe kiddos after a day of walking to and from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and we so appreciated...
