Ayia Napa is a short 5 minute car journey away from the villa where lot's of local amenities can be found such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, fruit markets, water sports & much more.



The inside of Serenity Seafront Villa is truly exquisite, offering open plan living throughout, combined with high class fixtures & furnishings. The ample living room has large comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to 1000+ international channels. This holiday home is also equipped with a Sound System operated with the villas iPad Air (3rd Gen) multi-channel sound system; Control and listen to any music in different areas of the villa.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for a comfortable self-catering stay with a pyrolytic oven and the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 persons.



Sliding doors from the living room lead outside to a huge garden area with beautiful unobstructed sea view of the Mediterranean. Outside also offers a private swimming pool and jacuzzi , several sun-loungers, outdoor shower and BBQ.



Leading upstairs guests will find 3 large bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6 people. The Master bedroom offers panoramic sea views which can be admired from the private sun terrace, a comfortable double bed, a large flat TV, good wardrobe space, black out blinds / curtains & private En-Suite shower & bathtub room. The 2 remaining bedrooms on this floor, offer large single beds that can be converted to large double beds, bedside tables, ample wardrobe space and black-out shutters with see through curtains and each with a private en-suite shower room.



Leading downstairs guests will find 2 large bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 people. These 2 bedrooms again, offer large single beds that can be converted to large double beds, bedside tables and ample wardrobe space. One bedroom offers an en-suite shower and the other bedroom, an en-suite shower & bathtub. Downstairs also features a washing room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
