1. This unit is situated on the 2nd floor. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Patio also over looks the pool area and common ground area.

2. Cold AC in each bedroom and living area

3. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook all your meals. Supermarket walking distance so you can easily buy all your groceries.

4.. Property has two private entrances which require an access code. Security is on site 24/7 making this place very safe and peaceful.

5. Complex does offer laundry service for an additional fee.

6. Smart T.V. in each bedroom and Living area.

7. Fast wifi so you can stream and do any work if needed.

8. Comfortable beds so you can have a great sleep! Master has a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. Can very comfortably sleep 4 adults.

9. Bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in.

10. Charging ports in each bedroom and living room to easily charge all your phones, laptops and watches

11. Plenty of beach towels so you can play in the pool or walk over to the beach.

12. In the D.R. the electricity will go out from time to time. No worries with this condo. Complex has back up generator so your covered!
