Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, two private bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and the private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Other Things to Note:

Electricity is not fully included in the reservation. Guests will receive an allowance of 60 kWh for their stay at no additional cost.



A private electricity meter is installed inside the apartment. At check-in, our staff will record and photograph the meter reading. At check-out, a new photo will be taken to calculate the total electricity consumption during your stay.



If the total consumption exceeds the included 60 kWh allowance, the excess usage will be charged at a rate of RD$18 per kWh.



We encourage guests to use air conditioning and electrical appliances responsibly to help minimize additional charges.
