« I booked this room based upon its location and its access to wi-fi. The entire time we were there we had no wi-fi. Location was a little out of the way though not too bad if you could get a tuk tuk. Tuk Tuks are readily available near the mall area but not around the area which the hotel was located in. Service was not all that good either as we got charged for a food item we never recieved. And as we checked out one of the workers asked for 10 rupees for no service that was performed. »

« Nice hotel with brilliant views of the snow capped mountains. The rooms look a bit tired although are comfortable. No AC but you don’t really need it and no heating which you do need - so ask for a heater. Food is limited but what they do is nice. »

« We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch »
