- The maximum occupancy for this home is 10.
- The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 6.
- Please note that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am.
- Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
​​​​​​​- Please note that the wood hot tub on the deck is not for guest use.
- Please note that if opting in for pool heat, heater capacities cannot heat both the pool and spa simultaneously. It will need to be changed back and forth when desired.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note the lights under the pergolas are inoperable as they are not wired to electricity.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the landscaping is done on this property every Friday between 8 am and 12 pm.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- The speaker system is not available for guest use. There is a record player next to the fireplace in the living room that the guests can use.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
