« We had previously stayed in the house next door, plus twice more in a different house. So we’re obviously fans of the estate and facilities. 47 was perfect for us, 4 Adults and 2 x 6 year olds. Plenty of space, especially important to have enough bathrooms, as we were two families sharing. Lots of kitchen equipment, big table, comfy sofa. Lots of fun things including the pumpkin trail, swimming, soft play, playground for the kids. Highly recommend, we will definitely return again »

« I’ve just returned from another delightful break at Mill Village with my big kids and grandchildren. We drive from Brighton every year!) Damsel Cottage has everything we need regardless of age. I never tire of the beautiful lakeside views and walks, whilst the youngsters love the heated swimming pool, cycling and taking the kayaks out. « From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...
