Chalets à Solsberry

« GREAT location to IU Bloomington for Family Weekend—GREAT last minute price (day of—do not pay crazy prices beforehand). Would not pay this much for this hotel otherwise—but, lots of space, clean room, many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Able to bring our dog. Plenty if space for our daughter to visit and spend time with us. Do notice the somewhat worn conditions of some things. Just fyi—boil water advisory while we were here. Set your child up with a...

« Very nice staff and clean property. »

« The room was not clean. Kitchenette was fine probably doesn’t get used much and convenient. Bathroom was horrid there was dust on upper cabinet space. Seriously a simple wet rag would take care of that but it looked like ornament been touched in a very long time which concerns me for the rest of the room. I was seriously afraid to sleep in the beds and carpet in the room in a college town is also concerning »

« Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers! »

« Hotel was about 30 minutes outside Bloomington but was perfect! Surrounded by trees and very quiet!! We loved it! Rooms clean, staff was friendly! Breakfast was great! We recommend a stay if you want to be outside a busy city. »

« Clean room. Was on the highway, but minimal noticeable noise. Only complaint is that there could be a better explanation on how to work the tv. I had the close captioning on when I got there and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. »

« While the resort is beautiful, we didn't get to take advantage of much of it. We really only slept here. And we were woken up around 4:30 in the morning by some very loud neighbors. Loud enough, we could hear every word they were saying. I'm not one to typically call down to the desk to complain, but I was about to when they quieted down and let us fall back to sleep. Then in the morning, while trying to take a shower around 10am, we had issues with the water. There was a trickle of water coming...

« Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again! »

« It was disgusting. Bugs — many dead and some alive — were everywhere. The front desk guy was creepy. The mattress pad was horribly stained. The room was very poorly designed. There was not a single space available in the parking lot. Could not have been worse… »

« Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates. »

« En général très bien mais il n’y a aucun couvre matelas ce qui très irresponsable de la part d’Hilton, j’ai vérifié avec mes collègues au cas où c’était un oubli pour ma chambre mais non, même chose pour les autres chambres, j’ai demandé à la réception et la personne m’a dit que s’était certainement un oubli (sur plusieurs chambres!!!) que le service passerait corriger le tout, ce qui n’est jamais arrivé, décevant!! »

« Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing. When we arrived to our room the door was ajar and a water bottle on nightstand. Pillow cases on inside out. Limited drop off parking. AND…my bill was paid in full on my credit card weeks...
