The condo was great, easy access to the beach. We were there to go to the races at Del Mar, the location worked out great as the track bus was only a block from the condo. The parking was a great plus although we walked almost everywhere with the restaurants right down the street

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and had a very wonderful time. The condo is just as described with excellent access to the beach (via long staircase) and a nice stash of beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc). The condo itself was very clean and had a starter of coffee and basic cooking ingredients like salt and oil and such. We had a very great time and would definitely look to book this unit again. Thanks for everything!!

Loved our stay, the condo was very clean and I loved the decor. 2 bedrooms downstairs and bunk beds upstairs which my kids loved! Close to so many beaches and restaurants. I had few questions and Brenda was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay here! Communication from the owner was excellent, we felt very taken care of. The photos very accurately represent the property. This place had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable stay. The condo complex is very quiet and we felt safe. Little extras I appreciated was the laundry soap, nice shampoo and conditioner that were provided, and plenty of towels and blankets ! Thanks for being a great host Brenda!

My family came down from Alaska for spring break in March for some much needed sunshine. We booked this condo for the amenities we were looking for: beach access, pool/hot tub, space for us and kids to spread out. Never having been to this beach before, we were enormously surprised by all of it
 incredible views from high up on the beach bluff, cleanliness and cheerfulness of the condo itself, quiet and well kept condo property, well stocked kitchen/beach gear/towels/laundry detergent/extra blankets, safety/keys/locked garage. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk room and the various extra board/card games offered. It was an easy location to get to more activity south in the city or up north a bit for shopping or The Flower Fields/LegoLand. Note:there are a lot of stairs going down to the beach, and on the property in general. This didn’t bother us at all, as we are active people but may need to be considered by some. We will be back for sure!

We loved this rental and will for sure be back! The only complaint we had was the master bathroom shower gets a little slick so I’d recommend families with smaller kids bring a bath mat or use the other shower. My little guy slipped but wasn’t hurt! It’s close to the beach and made for such an easy trek down with kids.

We had a wonderful 5 day Thanksgiving weekend in this condo, making a full Thanksgiving dinner and hosting our family of 5 comfortably for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. We followed the host’s suggestions and shopped at the Cardiff Seaside Market. A very fun experience! And this specialty market also had many holiday meal stables prepared by their kitchen which saved us from making our own gravy, etc. This is an extremely comfortable condo. It’s bigger than it appears in the photos with two very large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bunk bed sleeping alcove is on the top floor with the living room and the other two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level with the laundry and entrance. There is a great patio with a view towards town and it is within walking distance of shops and the beach. Most importantly of all, the beds are excellent. This matters to older folks like us. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. (There are many stairs both outside and inside the condo, so this should taken into consideration for anyone with mobility issues.) We would love to stay here again.

Miss it already! Exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. Absolutely everything you need for a beach vacation. A very short walk (on property) to the beach. Shopping and food close by. If I had to ding for one thing (and this is so minor I shouldn’t even mention it) I wish the drapes in the rooms were lined. They were a bit sheer. No big deal but that’s the only thing I can even think to mention. Great place! Great hosts.

I had a wonderful stay with my husband and 2 boys over fall break at this incredibly clean, well decorated condo. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas that were there for us to use, and we LOVED the easy and beautiful walk to the beach. The location was perfect - we never encountered any of the dreaded California traffic, whether driving north to Carlsbad or south to San Diego. Check in was a bit of a pain because we had to park across the street from the community, walk to the unit, get the key, walk back to the car, and then use the key to unlock the community gates/garage gates, but I don't see a way around that other than mailing the keys, which seems risky in its own way. All in all, a wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this townhome, was spacious and well appointed. This complex is right by the beach and super convenient. There are lots of stairs, so you should be prepared to do many steps. Parking is underground in tandem spots and requires fob entry. Pool and tennis courts were fun, but best part are the sunsets over the water

The managers of this beautiful property were so timely in responding to my emails and even mailed us the charger we left in the condo! Everything you need for the beach is included in this rental: chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The location is wonderfully close to the beach and the parking garage can’t be beat. The sunsets were watched with take out pizza from Pizza Port, their recommendation, and was just perfect. We felt very safe in the gated community. Restaurants and a CVS are easily accessible by walking. We played many card games on their dining table overlooking the beautiful grounds. The patio was perfect for morning coffee as was the short walk to some benches atop the cliffs. As a frequent beach house renter in the San Diego area, I can honestly say this is the cleanest, most open and airy property we’ve rented in quite some time!
