Treat yourself to the sounds of the surf at the luxurious oceanfront condo in Solana Beach we lovingly call "Seascape Sur". Enjoy corner unit privacy and panoramic views of the Pacific from your private balcony accessible by three sliding glass doors. At Seascape Sur, you can relax in the beachy interior decorated with comfortable furnishings and unobstructed ocean views from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for a meal at home with high-end appliances such as a five-burner gas stove, sub zero fridge, quiet Bosch dishwasher, plus a gas BBQ for you to grill on the oceanfront patio.

Seascape Sur is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, oceanfront condo in the Seascape Sur community which is located in beautiful Solana Beach, California.

The Living Room:

- Sunny living room with ocean views and sliding doors leading to a balcony with panoramic views of the coastline

- Large island countertop with ample space for cooking preparation and seating for four
- Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, and Nespresso machine. Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and creamer provided for guest use.

- Light-filled bedroom with a King sized bed that can be configured into two twin beds if guest prefers.
- Bed is equipped with comfortable mattresses and made up with soft, quality linens.

Third Bedroom:
- Light-filled bedroom with a murphy bed that can be setup, or the space can be left open for Yoga or however guest would like to enjoy the space.

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Master Suite with heated floors
- Second, full bathroom off the hallway, with sink, toilet and glass-enclosed, shower-tub combo, and heated floors
- Half-bath serving living room, kitchen, and dining area
- All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer

The Outdoor Space:
- Large balcony that spans the entire width of the condo and offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline
- Four outdoor padded chairs with a small table
- BBQ with gas
- Hose to wash off of sand from the beach.

Other Amenities:
- Stacked washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softener
- Beach gear and towels
- High-speed Wi-Fi coverage in the unit for streaming and high-quality video meeting capability

Community Amenities:
- Private, gated community with garage clicker access to parking (two parking spaces allotted for Seascape Sur guest use)
- Direct beach access via staircase found adjacent to the community. There is also an outdoor shower at the staircase for rinsing off after the beach.
- Two pools and two hot tubs within the community. One pool of which is heated year around.
- Tennis courts (with lights for use at night time).

Guests have private access to the entire three bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces in a tandem configuration. The condo complex has shared access to two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, the beach, and parking garage.

The condo is walking distance just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf! Solana Beach is a quiet beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a Sunday farmers' market - all within a few minute's drive of the condo (some are walkable!). Check out the Cedros Design District and Fletcher's Cove. You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego or the Zoo, which is just 20 miles away, Sea World is 18 miles away, and Legoland is 15 miles away. The train station is walking distance, less than a mile away!

This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. Please note the condo like adjacent condos along the bluff has spotty cellular service and WiFi calling is recommended when within the unit. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $1,000 required prior to guest arrival.

While the condo complex is showing its age (built circa 1973), this unit is freshly and brightly remodeled with all the amenities one could want. It has a front line ground floor location overlooking the bluff and beach, is comfortably furnished, and includes lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. Communication with the property managers was easy, and the place was super clean. Recommended!

This condo has it all! Magnificent views of the Pacific, beautifully decorated and spotless, easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen! Would definitely stay here again! Easy check in and out and management company was very friendly and receptive. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

What a perfect home for a spring break getaway with the family. The condo is tastefully remodeled and is stocked with everything needed for a day at the beach and a home cooked meal in the evening. Conveniently located for exploring the San Diego coast. The condo is ground floor, but we never heard anything from the unit above. We were completely comfortable without air conditioning. Nick and Elisa are great hosts and were great with communicating. I highly recommend this home!
