« Our hotel is close to the malls. Very convenient with food and shopping. Room service is great. Place is clean. Free shuttle ride to and from the airport is great.Things that I don’t like were stairs at the facade of the building. We were scared of falling and possibly breaking our bones. It is not conducive for persons with disabilities.Second complaint was our balcony. A roof was blocking our view. Third complaint was breakfast with coffee delivered to your room daily. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside. »

« The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didn’t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again! »
