This lovely Sirma apartment is a real gem in the most attractive part of central Sofia - the area of NDK (National Palace of Culture) and the iconic pedestrian street "Vitosha". Everything most important and interesting is within walking distance. There is a metro station, as well as availability for paid parking nearby. The apartment is stylish, luxurious and comfortable. It has been extensively renovated, with completely new furniture and all the amenities to make you feel comfortable.

The apartment is comfortable for families or groups of friends. It is designed to be comfortable for both short and long term stays.
It is especially suitable for tourists and travelers who want to visit the sights and good places for entertainment and dining in the city. Those who work remotely or come to the city on business trips will also feel perfectly at home.

LOCATION:
Tucked away in a small one-way street, the Sirma apartment provides guests with a comfortable stay, quiet and complete security. The neighborhood is quiet and elite, with many embassies.
But just a few steps away from the apartment beats the pulse of the city - it's artistic streets with great dining and entertainment, Sofia's museums, galleries and historical landmarks.
Everything guests could possibly need is within walking distance of the apartment in no more than 5-6 minutes: shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, 24-hour tobacco shops, bakeries, bank branches and 24-hour cash points, check desks...
The apartment is located next to the largest building for cultural events - NDK (National Palace of Culture) and the park with fountains around it. The pedestrian part of the emblematic Vitosha street in Sofia starts from there.
And, of course - there are convenient transport connections. NDK metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. For those who come by car, there is convenient parking nearby.

THE APARTMENT:
This Sirma apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building from the last century.
It has been renovated extensively in the summer of 2024, with completely new and elegant furniture, modern appliances and everything to sleep and rest comfortably.
The apartment is 70 sqm and consists of an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, terrace, bathroom and toilet.
Although it is located in the top center of the city, the apartment is very quiet as it has first quality windows.
The air conditioners in each room maintain comfortable warmth in winter and fresh coolness in summer.

AMENITIES:
I have thought through and created this place cozy and comfortable so that every guest can feel at home. I provided the amenities he would need to make his stay in my Sirma apartment and in Sofia wonderful.

THE LIVING ROOM is cozy and stylish. There is a large flat screen TV with cable TV included (wide selection of channels).
You can enjoy a relaxing break and a nice end to the day. You will find books, guidebooks, board games.
The kitchen and the living room are one common space, which is quite convenient.

THE KITCHEN area is equipped with all the appliances (stove, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker hood), kitchenware and utensils needed to prepare food. There you will also find some basic products and spices.
You'll have everything at hand for a quick snack: coffee machine with capsules, cappuccino frother, electric kettle for tea, toaster.
The apartment has been recently renovated and everything in it, including the appliances, are brand new.

BEDROOM 1 - The bed is king size - 180 x 200 cm.
It has a comfortable ergonomic mattress, quality duvets and sheets of 100% cotton, comfortable antibacterial pillows.
In addition, I made a "pillow bar" with additional, varied types of pillows so that everyone can choose the one that is most comfortable for them.
Blackout curtains were put up. There is a second TV with a large flat screen.
The room is quiet, overlooks a patio and opens onto a nice little terrace.

BEDROOM 2 - The room has an 80 x 200 cm couch bed, which can be transformed into a 160 x 200 cm double bed.
The mattresses are memory foam, the duvets and bed linen are 100% cotton.
There is a large comfortable wardrobe. There are blackout curtains.

THE BATHROOM is spacious and luxurious, with a mirror with "smart" lighting.
Basic hygiene products are provided : shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hair dryer, towels.
A washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack are available if you need them.

Internet:
Free Wi-Fi connection is provided (5G fibre optic internet, guaranteed speed >492 Mbps)
The apartment is convenient for remote working - with a separate workstation and reliable internet connection.
