    Tucked away on the top floor, your Snowmass sanctuary features vaulted ceilings, a sleek gourmet kitchen, and brand-new furnishings and bedding. Cozy up beside the charming gas fireplace and 60” smart TV

    As part of the scenic Terracehouse complex, you'll enjoy access to an on-site hot tub. This central location is also on the Village Shuttle route and within walking distance of shops, eateries, and entertainment.

    Vaulted ceilings soar in the sunlit living room, detailed with a gas fireplace, a sofa, and a 60” smart TV with a soundbar.

    Indulge your inner chef in the sleek full kitchen, configured with ample counter space, helpful gadgets, and top-quality stainless steel appliances. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table for six.

    This condo sleeps up to seven guests between two bedrooms and the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The plush primary suite is appointed with a cloud-like king bed, a 55” smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom sports a twin-over-full bunk bed and a 32” smart TV, while the guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

    Additional highlights include WiFi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer.

    Please note that this unit is located on the third floor (with no neighbors above!) however, please be aware that elevators are not available and guests must access this unit via three flights of stairs.

    The Elk Camp Gondola, Sky Cab, and Village Express are all just 50 yards from your door. Adjacent to the lifts, you'll find Treehouse Kids' Adventure Center, which offers the best lessons in town. Après-ski is a breeze with the shops at nearby Snowmass Mall and ice skating at the gorgeous new Base Village. The complimentary Village Shuttle stops just across the street and can even get you to Aspen.

Great condo in Snowmass

We felt like we were in a treehouse when staying at this condo. Gorgeous view. Everything we needed was there and the furniture was functional and comfortable. The open concept was nice and it was a short hilly walk to both the Mall and Base Camp. Summer activities kept us busy in Snowmass. All in all this condo was a great place to relax after a fun day outdoors.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s super convenient to everything. Nice place!

The rental process was super easy. Never had to even speak with anybody. I received emails and had all the information. I need it on the app for the condo. I did get a welcome email from the property manager. I had one or two simple questions, and they were quickly answered. Otherwise, there was no need for me to contact her. It was pretty seamless Thank you.

Convenient location

The location was convenient, near both the Village Mall and the Village Base, as well as the hot tub, which is incredible! It was confusing where to park and if we had to pay. The information Vacasa sent us said we had to register and pay $10 a day. I called Vacasa and they confirmed. I then called the Snowmass transportation department to register my vehicle and pay, and they said no, it is free parking in Lots 1-10 in the summer. In the winter, guests have to pay. This was not stated anywhere in the check-in information, and it should be stated. Otherwise, it was a very nice play to stay with my family.

Poor customer service

Our condo was not ready due to a glitch in the process. It was impossible to reach Turnkey’s customer service. The directions were confusing, the key and automatic door do not work well, beds were not made, there was no “starter kit” (toilet tissue, soap, including hand soap, etc). The first day I spent 90 minutes on hold trying to reach someone.

Great trip, perfect location just a few steps to the slopes. Hot tub it steps from the unit, amazing hot tub. 2 flights of stairs is never fun with gear but that's the only small thing. inside was perfect for our crew.

Terrace House

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Terrace House. It was super convenient to the slopes and Snowmass Village Mall (6 minute walk to VengaVenga). We typically stay at the Westin (now Viewline) but enjoyed the amenities of a condo better for our family (parents and 2 teenagers): fireplace, washer/dryer, full kitchen. We rented a car for flexing it but you could easily have taken the free shuttle everywhere: picks up right on Carriage Way and will take you to Base Village, Airport, Aspen, etc.

Nice place...but..

This condo has many positives: location, nicely decorated, nice kitchen and a great view. However, it has some negatives: No early check in before 4pm..this is firm. So what happens when you arrive a bit early in Aspen airport with all your luggage and check-in is another 2 hours? You get dropped off at Snowmass Village and kill 2 hours waiting...then lug all your heavy ski gear down an icy road a couple of hundred yards. Then, when you get to the door...the coded key lock doesn't work...until 420pm. Frustrating....and the person at Vacasa couldn't figure out how to unlock the door remotely. The thermostats in the unit were really complicated to use...we had to download the manual off the internet. The person who cleaned the unit neglected to take out all the previous tenants sheets and towels from the washer machine...which we only discovered when we checked out 5 days later. The water pressure in the showers is very low. The dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived. Lamp is master bedroom is wonky and kept flickering when turned on. No easy access electric plugs next to the bed in the master bedroom. The outlet is behind the bed. I know this is nit-picking...but in a luxury unit...do you have to have the worst toilet paper? And finally, my problem with Vacasa is there is no onsite person to address any issues. When you call, they are very nice, but then they try and call someone nearby to help. They never were able to get a hold of someone that could help. If I can avoid using Vacasa...I will....but the unit is really nice.

Great location to the hill and Village

Property was great. Easy walk to village and the gondola. We were there for mt bike races and just walked to the venue. Shared grill was very convenient from the unit as well.

TCE Snowmass Extreme

Great location in the heart of Snowmass short walk to mountain and directly across from the hot tub and grill area. Place is the perfect size for 3 couples or a group of friends. Well stock kitchen with plenty of cookware and plates. We throughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to get back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time we arrived at the TurnKey rental, we had an amazing experience. The host was very responsive and the rental was nice and clean. The wi-fi was a bit spotty and didn't work to good. but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. Great, clean condo

The condo was clean and nice when we checked in, we got complimentary early check in and late check out which was nice. Parking wasn’t on site so you do have to pay an additional $10 per day for parking. The only semi-negative thing is that it’s listed as “ski-in, ski-out”. I’ve stayed at true ski in ski out properties and this one doesn’t really qualify for me since you do have to walk about 100 yards down the street to get to the mountain. It might just be because I’m used to the mountain literally being at the base of our building, but this is still a great unit with great property management. Very responsive to any issues or questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is very nice and clean. Very close to the ski lifts, and location wise will be excellent during the ski season. The property management company is very helpful and easy to work with. I would have given a 5-star review, However, this property has VERY LIMITED WiFi access. During our stay, only one person can have wifi access even after limiting some of the TV programs. The management company was extremely helpful and sent someone to try to resolve the issue on a Saturday afternoon, but to no avail. Parking for the apartment is across the street in a public parking area. No issues finding a parking spot during the summer, but maybe crowed during the ski season.
