This is one of our few Pet Friendly units. One pet is allowed with the requirement that our Pet Policies Agreement is signed by the guest. There is an additional charge of a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and $50 per night charge that will be due upon check-in.

This sunny & bright condo, features a cathedral ceiling and modern touches. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the additional loft area offers a queen bed and two twin singles, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. The living area is perfect for unwinding, complete with a fireplace and beautiful views. Enjoy cooking in the recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and countertops and all the necessary utensils and dining essentials. Gather around the dining table for meals or take your dining experience outdoors on the balcony, where you can soak in the fresh mountain air and enjoy a refreshing beverage. Complimentary use of community washers and dryers are conveniently located near unit 721. Professionally managed on-site by a local Snowmass team.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men s and women s spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.

Our on-site Slopeside Rentals ski & snowboard shop has rental equipment for all levels of skiers snowboards. No worries if you didn't rent your equipment from Slopeside Sports, you can still store your skis or snowboards overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain.

One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.
