Laurelwood 402 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!
We were in the condo during a fall hiking trip vacation. The condo was perfect for this. It was super clean. The bed was comfy. No complaints whatsoever.
The place was great. Very clean, comfortable. Location was perfect, ski in ski out. Staff was very friendly. Overall experience was amazing. We will definitely come back!!
Pricey for what you get in winter, which is typical of slopeside snowmass. More spacious than it looks and great storage. My only complaint is no wine glasses!

Easy access to bus and shuttle. No need to rent a car here. Donât pay extra to park a car. I used
Instacart to order groceries ahead of time and the front desk put away all the groceries so kitchen was stocked upon arrival. Communication with host was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Nice to be on first floor. Condo close to hot tub but we did not notice noise. Excellent location for ski lifts. Was true ski in ski out. Would stay here again.
Very spacious condo with great supplies! On the same floor as the parking so it was easy to unload and load luggage. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed are both very comfortable which is rare in vacation rentals. The only thing I wish I could have prepared better is to bring quarters with me. We arrived late on Sunday hoping to do laundry. The machine can only be operated by quarters and the office and the grocery store and gas stations were all closed.
Our second stay in #402. Place is compact, probably do-able for 4 but excellent for 2 people. It is clean, bright, and well equipped. 150 ft walk to Fanny Hill ski run. The front desk housekeeping staff were very attentive and efficient. This is a great value for a ski in/out condo in the Aspen (or any other) ski area. Highly recommended.
We have stayed here before and will again. It is about 100 ft from the ski hill so great in and out. We love the property.
Only issue was the kitchen cleaning supplies. In COVID times all the other properties we stay at leave brand new cleaning sponges. Not this time. Last year they did. This year not. A little thing but then it gets your mind wandering as to what else didnât get cleaned to Covid standards. All else was perfect.
The property is bigger than we thought. We were able to host another family at one night for a get together. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is really easy to access the slope and a very short walk to snowmass village (several minutes of walk). Bus is just in front of the building.
We had a great time while in Aspen and Snowmass. The condo had everything we needed. The location was very convenient and close to restaurants and the village. Parking was right across the street. Patti was an amazing host!
This is our second time staying here. The condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Location is perfect. The only negative I noticed this visit was the loud music played by occupants of nearby units. Not any fault of the owner, probably just a sign of the times.
My family and I had the best time at PattiÂŽs property in Snowmass. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.
It's comfortably located in the building's ground floor, to facilitate arrival with luggage and ski-gear.
Can't wait to go back!
